BIOGRAPHY:
I had many unknowns about how to run, so I had many problems running. That was until I came connected with 'Pose Method® of Running', Dr. Nicholas Romanov.
I was reading a sport injury bulletin that my father had prescribed for me and in it I came across an article about Pose Method® of Running, which lead me to jump directly onto this web-site to know more……
It was then I realised I had hit jack-pot……I had just been connected to a wealth of knowledge on how to run correctly (and I wasn't aware of it at the time but also an amazing Movement Scientist - Dr.Romanov)! I really couldn't believe what I was reading, here in front of me Dr.Romanov had the answers I had been searching for on how to run with the most efficient technique for a long time.
I love to run; it's my passion, my way to express my state of being. I always ran at school but have been competing seriously in the 800m track event for several years now.
After personally spending time with Dr.Romanov, he made me realise the importance of perceiving correctly of how to implement Pose Method; 'The Pose Method of Running is simple…but not easy'! Practice makes perfect. Since studying and practicing 'Pose Running' it has thrust me into a journey of dedicating myself to mastering the concepts and how to implement the movements with consistent accuracy and perception.
It is so much fun to finally be running with knowledge instead of doubt…..
For any one who is looking to 'run with freedom' I ask you to please diligently investigate Dr.Romanov's method……..but I do warn you….be ready for lots of fun while you run!
