...At the Multisport School of Champions, I worked with the Russian coach Dr. Nicholas Romanov on my running form. After the session, I bent my knees a little bit. It looks like a shorter stride, but it’s not. My leg turnover is quicker, and my foot rests on the ground less. This new running style puts less stress on my quads and back.
