The Pose techniques enable any athlete at any level to perform at their best. By learning proper body positioning with the Pose Method and implementing it in movement, athletes avoid overuse injuries, dramatically improve their performance and results.
SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH
Scientific research supporting the Pose Method® has been conducted at the USA Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs (G. Dallam, 1998), Florida Atlantic University (C. Sol, 1999), Cape Town University, South Africa (T. Noakes, 2002), Kubansky State University, Russia (A. Pianzin, 2003) and Sheffield Hallam University, UK (G. Fletcher, 2005-2008)

Pose Running Technique
Running with Pose Method was scientifically proven to reduce impact on knees by half. No other running style can offer that. The study was conducted in 2002 at Cape Town University in South Africa and titled Reduced Eccentric Loading of the Knee with the Pose Running Method, the study was published in February 2004 by Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise

Pose Cycling Technique
Scheduled for May 2009, the scientific research on Pose Method of Cycling technique will be conducted at Brunel University, Uxbridge, UK.
