Certified Running Coach. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer, PACE Circuit Training Instructor, Certified Fitness Nutritionist and Personal Fitness Chef. Christina also consults online as a Certified Online Personal Trainer as well as offering consultation for nutrition online.
She has taught group fitness for over 15 years and continues to educate herself to better develop her programs and educate others in the realm of fitness. Christina co-developed the Adventure Boot Camp educational program and has training in ropes course facilitation. She is a facilitator for the rope's course at Spencer Escape in Big Bear and teaches for the O.C. Adventure Boot Camp in Orange County, CA.
Coach Christina is the creator of “The EZ8 Runners”, a running program designed for women that have the desire to run an 8-minute mile with ease. Her coaching style is based on empowering and encouraging her runners to run better and faster through motivation and positive reinforcement. She implements the methods of Pose Running in an easy-to-understand, absorbable manner as well as constructive critiquing to achieve excellent results.

Therefore, I have created a running program based on each individual’s success minus any component of competition.
