Although always been fairly active throughout my childhood and youth, I became a triathlete - uncovering the oxymoron that my strenght was endurance - in 1997. I informally trained along with friends for a year until I met coach Claudia Beristain, who has taught me so much since. She has led me through many olympic-distance triathlons, a few long- distance ones and one ironman. I am also a 1-marathon-a-year runner who has been kept away from sports every once and again until -through Claudia- I finally started running injury free with the Pose Method. I eventually got 'sucked up' into Mind2Motion (a sports consultancy) and got through Nick's Pose coach course to complete my formation.

My transition from empirical runner into Pose is the best success story I know: I used to run better-than-average fast, say 41:00 for a 10k run in average. After a tough 2005 season -injured, yes - I kicked off 2006 with 1. starting with Pose Tech and 2. racing 10k in 42.30 (not bad for the season's first). Exactly one month thereafter I did 40 minutes flat for the same distance in a similar course. Three months after that I ran sub-38 (obviously my PR). Results are the best evangelists.

In my spare time I do some business continuity consultancy ; )
