I had been in high performance sport since 1991. First in jai-alai and then in professional kick-boxing in 2000 (5W-1L). Since 2008 I got into long distance triathlon events as an age grouper, since then I became Mind2motion triathlon team member in Mexico City.
Pose became a way of re-thinking movement for me, thanks to Claudia, Francisco & Dr. Romanov. Dr. Romanov is not only a great scientist and philosopher, but a good friend and teacher.
I had been coaching in: high performance driving, security, Muay thai & now in triathlon technique.
I lived in Spain, Poland and now in Mexico City. I studied BS in Chemical Engineering & now I´m studying a MBA program.
