- Pose Method® Certified Running Coach Level I

SPECIALTY: I am happy to work with all client types. I have worked with older kids, military professionals, triathletes, fun runners and competitive runners |
I came to running in 2006 to simply "get fit" after a long period of inactivity. I enjoyed the rush after a run, but running itself was not particularly pleasurable. After just 3 months of running and suffering severe and constant groin pain I decided enough was enough and that there must be a better way. I came across the Pose Tech website and everythng I read just sounded common sense, so as is normal with me I threw everything I had at learning to run properly and safely. I was lucky enough to receive a lot of great advice from the coaches on this website and slowly my running started to feel easier and recovery after runs much improved. My running was literally changed forever; this was how running should feel!
Pose Method has given me the opportunity to run well and explore my true capabilities. I have received so much good advice on my journey that I am keen on finally giving something back and helping others to achieve the same pleasure of running that I now have.
I regularly participate on the Pose Tech forums, so you can ask me any questions there or if you'd like one-on-one help to improve your running then you can contact me directly for personal coaching.
