Hello! I am life-long recreational cyclist who took up triathlon in 2003. I had read plenty of books about triathlon and put in many hours
training, but after 3 years of competing as an age-grouper in many sprint triathlons in South Florida, I was not progressing - my 5 km run times hovered around
24 minutes. I wore orthotics and suffered from ITB and ankle problems.
I began training for my first international distance race under Connie Sol (Pose Coaching Director) in 2006, after attending a Pose clinic. In 6 months and through Connie's insight into swimming, biking and running technique, I won my age-group for the first time during my first year of international-distance triathlon with a 10 km PR pace of 6:50. I am convinced that this would not have been possible without Pose.
I've seen amazing transformations in people because of Pose running. My running has become my strongest discipline, instead of being painful and
frustrating. I'm looking forward to helping others learn about Dr. Romanov's amazing gift to the world: the Pose Method of Running. Faster times, less injury, more confidence and more enjoyment can be yours!

With images of epic struggles on the lava fields of Hawaii seared into the collective subconscious, the popular view of the sport is that it is one prolonged exercise in prevailing against the odds and enduring massive suffering until the finish line is reached.
