SPECIALTY: treatment of running, cycling and triathlon related injuries


I have been a sports physiotherapist for 14 years and I specialise in the treatment of running, cycling and triathlon related injuries.

I have competed at national and international level at both running and triathlon events (2:33 Marathon and 9:12 Ironman) and I have suffered a number of serious injuries along the way. It was one of these injuries which initially sparked my interest in the POSE technique.

I now carry out a large number of gait analysis sessions on a treadmill in my clinic and use video as a biofeedback method to help improve peoples technique. The POSE technique is a great way to decrease injuries, increase efficiency and therefore improve your performance.
