My sport activities up to now:
For over 25 years I have been an amateur runner, first, in the middle distance and then in longer distances up to the marathon. In years of systematic training I have got to know a lot of running schools in different organizations and practically experienced for myself, what advantages and disadvantages they had with regard to heart and circulation condition and also as a load on muscles and joints.
For almost 20 years I changed over to triathlon. Regular triathlon training has brought a great variety to my rather unbalanced running training. I take part in about 5-8 competitions on Olympic distances every year. For professional reasons, up till now, I did not devote enough time to long distance training, yet.
I also got to know and continued up to the advanced grade the Fishlike swim-method with Marco Pilout in Switzerland.
My medical professional career:
As an active athlete I experienced during my medicine studies that medical education does not completely answer many athletes' questions. Because of this I studied simultaneously at the Faculty of Medical Rehabilitation for Physical Education.
My further professional career was developing in three activity fields: 1) sports - triathlon and marathon as a hobby, 2) medicine - treatment of various chronic pain conditions in my patients, 3) sports medicine - treatment of sports injuries.
I have my own practice with highly qualified physiotherapists in Mannheim. Depending on the incoming registrations I organize running seminars.
Why Pose running technology and coaching?
Due to my experience with my own joints and muscles after 35 years of active sports and due to my daily experience in the treatment of running injuries I have been intensively searching for some prophylactic techniques to avoid sports injuries forever.
Pose running technology and the brilliant three-dimensional stabilization exercise program of Dr. Romanov is the long sought-after answer to my questions. This program is excellent not only for all major joints, but also for the vertebral column stabilization due to its effect on the central nervous system.
Finally, I am able to help an athlete not only when he gets an injury, but also teach him before how to run faster and easier without sustaining any injuries. This applies both to beginners and to achievement-oriented runners.
Pose Running seminars are organized when the booking of a minimum number of 10 participants has been received.
