Dr. Steve Jonas is a chiropractor that has been working with athletes throughout his professional career over the past 30 years. He has treated
Professional football players, tennis players, runners and triathletes.
He has also successfully managed multiple physical therapy facilities treating many athletes. During his time treating athletes he was presented with many injuries occurring from improper running technique and imbalances in the musculoskeletal system.
Through his work & tutelage of Dr. Romanov, Dr. Jonas has a deep understanding of the Pose Method. He especially appreciates the "free falling"
and lack of stress placed upon the musculoskeletal system-utilizing Pose technique. "I can really appreciate Pose from an injury prevention standpoint, there is no stress on the body when Pose is done correctly."
Dr. Jonas is also an active runner and triathlete, having completed dozens of races including marathons and half-ironman events. Utilizing
Pose methodology has helped him tremendously, creating an energy efficient, no stress type of running. In a triathlon it is especially helpful in conserving energy. Dr. Romanov's teachings have helped him tremendously.
Dr. Jonas is opening Tri-iT Performance Center where he plans to teach the Pose method along with his wife Dr. Holly Jonas, to beginner athletes as well as established athletes.
