"I came to Nicholas and Pose MethodŽ, injured, frustrated and sceptical. I had always been told that more miles = faster running. Prior to Pose, the more miles never came because I was always injured.

Following Pose, although it took a little time and some focussed effort, I came around to the view that more miles were not required (although being injury free I could do more) to get faster. I took 25 minutes off my marathon time (qualifying for Boston) on an average of 35 miles a week and no injuries. I'd like to help others do the same since I know that if I can do, anyone can.

Having helped to organise and coach at the most recent London clinics and certified as a Level I coach, I am available for one-on-one technique advice and training."
