I have been a triathlete since 1987 after sadly refraining from running because of diverse tendon injuries. I enjoyed running and was pretty fast but could not train, because every time I increased speed or volume a set of recurring injuries kept me from training.

Pose Clinic in Mullheim, Germany
with Dr. med. Frank Weinert, Claudia Rivera-Beristain and Dr.Nicholas Romanov |
When my career as an elite triathlete in Mexico ended I started coaching Team Orca, Mexico and directing the Mexican Federation and Panamerican Triahtlon Confederation Coach Certification Programs. This led me to meet Dr. Nicholas Romanov and to learn his Pose Method Running Technique.
Since then I have enjoyed running injury-free. It has been a pleasure working with Dr Romanov in several clinics in Mexico. His enthusiasm for running and sharing his knowledge is unique. The opportunity to teach Pose Method to athletes who are not able to run because of injuries is very fulfilling.
Pose will help athletes keep a whole season of training without injuries or strains. It is a method which will also help them become faster and skilled at an activity they love.
After living in Germany for 2 years and with the support of Nicholas Romanov, Frank Weinert and Marco Pilloud introducing Pose Method of Running in Germany and German speaking Switzerland, I return with my family to Mexico, to continue spreading Pose Method of Running to the sports community.
My intentions are to keep working with our German, Swiss and Austrian friends, while developing mindful sports consultancy and training in Mexico.
