Register > COACHING LEVELS EXPLAINED All Pose Method® Certified Coaches, regardless of their current level are able to teach any athlete at any level the proper technique of their sport. However, a Pose Coach of Level 1 has less experience doing it compare to a coach of Level 3. There are several distinctions which we listed for you below, but the main differences are the level of knowledge and experience. Personal Pose Instructor Individual Classes POSE METHOD® CERTIFIED COACH - Level 1 The first level of Pose Coaching Certification Program is accessible to everyone and provides the fundamental information necessary to make basic corrections to technique of an athlete. [View Coaches' Listings] Group Pose Instructor Individual Classes mini Clinics (2-5) POSE METHOD® CERTIFIED COACH - Level 2 Pose Coaches of the 2nd Level have more experience teaching the method. They also possess a deeper understanding of the theory of Pose Method and it's application. All current level 3 Pose Coaches are professional and elite athletes and/or have been coaching for years prior to getting Pose Method® Certification. Some have their own gyms. A combination of such factors as personal hands on experience in sport, a university degree in a sports field, various levels of success as athletes, years of coaching and now Pose Coaching, makes Pose Method® Certified Coaches of Level 3 a very exclusive group.
