SPECIALTY:

I took up running in my early teens because I was too small to play hockey. It soon became my passion and my life. Competitive running, throughout the years, took me to many places including England, France Morocco, USA, Canada and Australia.
Today, I am a personal trainer and running coach at the Montreal Amateur Athletics Club in Montreal, Canada. I also coach runners and walkers for the Quebec division of the Arthritis Society's "Joints in Motion" program and train in total 125 runners from all parts of the country.
I was introduced to the Pose Method® of Running by a friend of mine, Malcolm Balk, in 2002. I was so fascinated and impressed by the technique that I soon enrolled and completed two clinics in New York with Dr. Romanov. I followed with a coach certification a year later.
There are at least two reasons why I believe strongly in this technique. Firstly, it is a way of preventing injuries. This unfortunately, as runners, we face more times than we would like to and secondly, it makes running a lot more fun and enjoyable.
As a personal trainer, I walk or run anywhere between 2 to 6 times a day with various clients. At the end of the day I often had sore, fatigued legs. Since I have been practicing the Pose Method® of running, I have not had an injury in the past two years and the soreness in my legs has greatly diminished.
The Pose Method® of Running makes me enjoy my running and my job a whole lot more. This is what I wish to share with my clients.
