"It is possible to fly without motors, but not without knowledge and skill". - Wilbur Wright
Once the world in a sorry condition
"Knew" the way it should run apropos:
Every person - an own rendition,
But with gravity no rapport...
And the world spun around and round,
Fields of gravity kindly imposed;
Our affinity for the ground
Was - too bad! - not important supposed.
People ran, people triumphed and suffered;
People wobbled, and hobbled and swelled...
Sport of running: a paradise offered
Or the Seventeenth Circle of Hell?
But the world spun around and round,
Fields of gravity kindly imposed,
A familiar man, with a frown,
An incredible question proposed:
"Do we really know the music?
Do we really know the tune?"
And this question - profound, amusing -
Was, incredibly, quite opportune.
So we learn and we fall and we pose
But, of course, think only of pulling,
And to YOU, Dear Friend, my proposal:
Learn the form to its ultimate fullest.
Yet the world spun around and round,
Fields of gravity kindly imposed...
"It's an honor" - I thought, being proud,
To be teaching the Method of Pose.
Many thanks to the Earth for the falling
And to Nicholas - for this dream.
What's the matter?! - the time is rolling:
Learn to pose, to run, to be free...
Happy posing,
Vladimir

THE BEST TIME TO LEARN THE POSE METHOD by Nicholas Romanov, Ph.D
For most runners, regardless of experience or ability, adopting the Pose Method of Running will represent a major change in running style. And because runners tend to focus on weekly mileage and P.R.s (personal record times) it can be very tempting to ignore the technique to "get a long run in" or "run a quick 5K."
