PERFECT PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT
Every once in a while we read on Pose Forums statements like: "well
I'm doing everything I'm supposed to be doing but I still have aches and discomfort, and it doesn't feel right and I just don't understand what the problem is." It sounds like a dead end and I'm sure it must feel like a confusing dead end to what you thought was going to be a solution to your running related dilemmas.
Now let's examine this situation. When you say "I'm doing everything I'm supposed to be doing" do you know for sure that you're doing everything the correct way? Have you had a "second opinion?"
The truth of the matter is that you THINK you're doing it RIGHT but unless you attended a clinic, had a video analysis done or had worked with a
Pose Running Coach chances are, if you experiencing something other than "a good time", you're not executing the technique/drills correctly. Any pain or discomfort is your body's signal that you're not doing something right. This is not just one of Pose principles, this is Mother Nature speaking directly to you.
So if you find yourself facing this new dilemma, the best thing to do is to stop everything you're doing and evaluate your situation and options.
If you can, you should attend a
Running Clinic or get together with a
Pose Running Coach, if you cannot do it for one reason or another, then the next best thing is to get your friend or family member to film you running and request a video analysis and help on pose forums (FREE video analysis is available on our forums on request, a more detailed and an ongoing video analysis is available for a fee, please contact your pose running coach for more info).
- Attend a Pose Running Clinic

The key to getting good results from your drill/exercises/running practice is to practice each move correctly each time. Only perfect practice makes perfect. Thoughtless practice is simple repetition and unless you're repeating the moves correctly you will not get the results you're looking for.
Next time something is not clicking, stop and examine what you're doing and most importantly HOW you're doing it.
