HOW TO BECOME FASTER
This article is not just for runners, or just for triathletes, or cyclists or any other athletes in particular. This is for every athlete who needs speed.
How to become faster is probably the "hottest topic" of all time. Lots of material is available for reading, lots of advice, lots to consider. But let's sort through the clutter to expose the fundamental truth.
What is it that can help us become faster now, and even faster over time? It is our
technique. Our skill of movement. Who else agrees? Joe Friel, the author of
"The Triathlete's Training Bible". In his opinion,
developing technique is the low hanging fruit of getting faster. This is the foundation. By improving the way you move you will make the biggest difference in your entire training regimen. While there are limits on everything else, there is no limit on how much we can improve our skill. It will only get better and better with time (granted you're working with a proper technique)
With the
Pose MethodŽ you can shave anywhere between 1 sec and 30 minutes off your prior best time (depending on the event). Don't take our word for it.

There are a few contributing factors to getting or being faster. It's never one thing, it's always a combination of various stuff. But underneath all of that there is one fundamental thing that changes everything. If your very foundation is shaky then your entire structure is always in danger of collapsing. So the sooner you evaluate your situation and start working on it, the better it is for you. It is never too late to make the right changes in your
training.
As
Jennifer Meyer, a Pose Coach in St. Louis, says: We know you try hard - now TriSmart!
And get faster by improving your technique with
Pose MethodŽ.
