WHAT IS RECOVERY? By Thorndike-Barnhart Student Dictionary (Harper Collins Publishers, 1992, p.924) recovery means “coming back to health or normal condition.” This is the main meaning of this term, but the problem is to know what is the normal condition or in other words – the standard condition. FLAT FEET
"The flat foot, also called pes planus, is pronated with a flattened longitudinal arch. The hindfoot may be in valgus. Occasionally, there is an associated accessory navicular bone.
