EFFICIENT MOVEMENT FORMULA
Key Position(s) + Change of Support = Efficient Movement. That's it, that's the formula. It's as simple as that. Efficient movement depends on and is affected primarily by the mechanical part of your movement - pure placement of body & limbs or body positioning. It's winter and it only makes sense to bring up the subject of winter sports and the techniques for such sports. We did skiing last week, let's move on to speed skating.
