Order shipping is getting slowly back on track
The delays in shipping out of your orders are getting shorter and shorter! However please don't pay attention to the dates that will appear as "ship date" in our system when checking the status of your order online, those dates are way behind. Just click on the tracking number to get the latest info from the USPS directly.

All replies - E-mail, Training Section and Forum - are delayed but are definitely coming! Sorry to keep you waiting, but since the power still hasn't been restored in our offices or homes, we're all sharing one internet connection and one computer :)
The latest update as of this morning was that we'll have the power back on by the 8th of November (or hopefully sooner).

Video Wednesdays - temporary service interruption
Due to the devastating effects of the last hurricane in Coral Gables, FL and slow moving and unfazed city officials that do not care much about restoring power to the residents and businesses (not going to even mention clearing up the mess of fallen trees and debris on the streets), we are unable to produce and post our regular Video Wednesdays video clip for this Wednesday and possibly next one.
We'll let you know if anything changes.

Order Shipping Delayed
All orders placed on and after 10/22/05 cannot be shipped in the 24 hour time frame that we normally guarantee. Please accept our apologies. Everything will be restored back to normal once we get the electricity back on.

We just
added yet another great E-Mail to our files that came in a few days ago. Check it out! It's great news and definitely very inspiring!
I think of myself as one of your success stories and thought you might be interested to hear of my progress. When I took your clinic, I had only been running a couple of years, having just started after a 13-year lay off. I had been diagnosed with chronic Achilles tendonitis in both ankles by two orthopedic surgeons and told by them both that I could never run again. They told me there was so much damage in both of my Achilles, that they were so thick with scar tissue, that I had lost virtually all range of motion and if I ran they would snap.
After believing them for years, I finally started running again in Aug 99, took your course in 2002 (maybe it was early 2003?), and later out of nowhere became nationally ranked at the 24-Hr Run.
