New running shoes added to our list
We just added a couple of new pairs to our
recommended list:
1.
PUMA Feline Street Wn's - great pair for women and colors are very juicy! Very light but feels more solid than h street, so if you're looking for something instead of the
H Street then besides
Maya, this one is a great pair to have!
2.
Brooks Mach 6.0 Spikeless. This is a good pair for men. Check them out!

COLLINS BECOMES HIGHEST LEVEL POSE RUNNING COACH
MIAMI BEACH, FL - Multisports OC Coach
Michael Collins has graduated to a Level 3 Certified Coach for the Pose Method of Running. He joins an elite few coaches who have a high understanding and knowledge of the teaching system through spending significant time with the creator of the method, Dr. Nicholas Romanov. Collins received his certification at the end of the
First Annual Pose Method Coaches Conference held November 10-13, 2005 in Miami Beach, FL.
The Pose Method is a system for teaching human movement, by determining the key pose, and working with the laws of nature instead of against them, to find the most efficient form of movement. In running, this is achieved by using gravity as the primary force for movement instead of muscular energy. The POSE METHOD OF RUNNING Book was published by Dr. Nicholas Romanov in 1998, but is in a continual state of refinement both for coaches and athletes as understanding increases.
Dr. Romanov commented on the change of status for Collins, "We see Michael as a great addition to our top level of coaches. It should have happened a long time ago as his understanding of the principles of Pose is very good. He has helped us refine our teaching method and introduced the
Pose Mini-Clinic format which is becoming a popular way to get an introduction to the Method. We look forward to him leading many clinics in the near future, and are happy that he is using our method on a daily basis in coaching his own athletes at Multisports Orange County."

Getting back to normal
Well, we're glad to report that things are slowly coming back to normal for us here in Miami, FL. I wish I could say that about all Floridians, since many were left homeless after the last two consecutive sweeps by hurricanes.
Finally the power was restored for us this past weekend and while we still don't have the production office back on track all the way, we're able to resume all our regular services.
If you sent us any emails, online forms, requests, etc in the past 2-3 weeks, please allows us some time to get back to you. We will try to cover everything during this week.
