INTRODUCING NEW POSE COACH: Sanya Syrstad, Glen Ellyn, Illinois
GLEN ELLYN, Illinois/ PTPRESS/ -- An age group 5000m winner at
2007 USA Masters Outdoor Track & Field Championships Sanya Syrstad joined the
Pose Family of Running Coaches in early 2008. After almost quitting running completely due to severe
plantar fasciitis, Sanya was introduced to Pose Running by her good friend,
Pose Coach and Elite athlete, Lynn McFadden.
Training under Lynn's guidance and following
Dr.Romanov's training instruction,
Sanya Syrstad not only was able to continue running but do it
injury free and place 1st at
2007 USA Masters Outdoor Track & Field Championships. In 2008 she continued her victory path by winning the 3000m Bronze at
USA Masters Indoor Track & Field Championships.
