FORT SILL OF US ARMY INTRODUCES POSE RUNNING TO FTU POPULATION
FORT SILL, OK/ PTPRESS/ -- U.S. Army knows the importance of staying ahead of the game, they are always on the look out for better ways of preparing the troops. Running is a key component of physical fitness and perhaps the most important aspect of conditioning for wartime duty. An alarmingly huge number of recruits and service men and women are getting injured on regular basis due to poor running skills.
Brigade Surgeon Charles Blake, PT, thought it was time to implement a systematic approach to teaching how to run properly, by providing the troops with better instruction on running technique by implementing the Pose Method of Running.
