ANDREYEV SETS A PR AND TAKES 800M SILVER AT 21st DEAFLYMPICS IN TAIPEI

TAIPEI/ PTPRESS/ --A successful year culminated in a Silver medal and a personal record at the 2009 Summer Deaflympics in Taipei for Andrey & his coaches - V.Vasiliev, Dr.A.Pianzin and Dr.N.Romanov. Crossing the finish line with a time of 01:52.99 Andrey has raised the bar on his 'personal best' yet one more time. Andrey's Silver medal contributed to the 24 overall medals earned by the Russian Olympic team - the highest number of medals at the 2009 Summer Deaflympics. Bulgarian Team took 10 overall medals, as did the United States team, followed by the Estonian Team with 8 overall medals.
