Bending at the Waist
In the Pose Method it’s important to lean from the ankles with the entire body to initiate movement. However many beginners find this difficult to do. The most common mistake among biginners is bending at the waist. Dr. Romanov explains why bending at the waist occurs and how to correct this problem in your running through the use of hip and jumping drills.
