Overpulling
Today we return to the topic of pulling. Many who transition to Pose Running experience initial calf and hamstring soreness. This is usually due to the body’s adaption to new movements. Many runners tend to overpull, making them very inefficient. When you run you must simply pull your leg up as quickly as possible and a little as possible. Enough just to break contact with the ground. Anything more than that, is overkill. Please pay careful attention as to how much effort you put into your pulls and keep it as minimal as possible. Your next run should feel a lot easier. Go try it now!
