Pose Coach Mike Collins Analysis
Due to the great responses we’ve had with previous analysis’ in helping understand what to look for when analyzing technique we are going to feature another example of technique analysis. Dr. Nicholas Romanov analyzes one of our Pose Coaches’ technique during an Orange County Clinic in California. Our Level III Coach Mike Collins has great running mechanics with the exception of landing ahead of the body.
