Strengthening the Ankles
Every runner needs muscle conditioning - the feet especially. You can sprain your ankles in countless ways in other sports. However, the same damage can be caused by simply running due to underdeveloped lower leg muscles. Whether you run on trails or sprint 100 meters, strengthening for the ankles is something no athlete can run without.
