Jump Rope Pose Drills
Jumping as an exercise offers an incredible value to kids, adults, pro and amateur athletes and everyone in between. It is important to add jumps to your training regimen no matter what sport you’re in and it is especially important if you’re participating in a sport that involves lots of running and jumping, like basketball, for example.
Jump Rope drills are easy to perform and are definitely more fun than some other exercises. If you’re looking to get your kids more physically active, introducing them to Jump Rope could just do the trick!
